5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:
All invoices are due upon receiptLate payments may result in project delays or service suspensionFees for services are non-refundable once work has begun
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a written contract:
All custom software, code, designs, and deliverables created by Projectify remain the intellectual property of Projectify until full payment is receivedAfter payment, ownership of deliverables may transfer to the client, excluding proprietary tools or libraries used in development
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, CRM tools). We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or data handling practices of those third parties. Your use of such services is subject to their terms and policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Projectify shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damagesLoss of data, business, or profits resulting from use of our ServicesAny issues caused by third-party tools, platforms, or integrations
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 3 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you:
Breach these TermsFail to make timely paymentsEngage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
You may terminate your engagement with Projectify at any time by written notice. Refunds for prepaid services are at our discretion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
